Totto Yama is a great spot for Japanese cuisine, especially if you love seafood and bold flavors. Their seafood udon is a highlight—served without broth, featuring fresh shrimp and squid. While the flavors are enjoyable, I found it a bit too creamy for my taste. I also really enjoyed their sausage, which was well-seasoned and didn’t have the usual smoky aftertaste—just pure, delicious flavor. However, I did find that some dishes had a bit too much cream cheese, which slightly overpowered the other flavors. That said, the location is convenient, and the overall dining experience is great, with a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. If you’re a fan of udon and unique Japanese flavors, Totto Yama is still worth checking out!

If you like quick and comfort Japanese food in the food court, you need to try here! It has different twist as Japanese curry which is cooked with ground pork. Eel fish is also cooked well. Yakitori is delicious!

Quick and delicious!! Ordered at the kiosks up front. I had the chicken tempura combo, which came with chicken, some lettuce, miso soup, and rice. The chicken was delicious and crispy! Very generous portion size as well. I also ordered the dashi negi oroshi takoyaki, which was just okay. It came with soup, which made the takoyakis soggy at the bottom. Not the biggest fan because of the texture.
